People have told me to skip Panorama and go to more challenging resorts that have better conditions. I skied it 3 days and it offers all the challenges of larger well known resorts. The snow was hard pack even so you could still carve every where on the mountain including the bumps. As with any resort conditions change all the time. Views are very good. Apparently ski sailing is allowed see pic.

Panorama Resort is an excellent destination for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property is well laid out and easy to get around, which makes everything feel stress-free from the start. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The pool and hot tub area is a real highlight—perfect for unwinding after a full day outdoors or just enjoying some quiet time. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm, making it a perfect place for couples, families, or anyone looking to recharge. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to.

Great hill for snowboarding and skiing, perfect groomers, epic backcountry type terrain, lots of steep and deep tree lines! Always hidden stashes of good snow to be found! The most beautiful bluebird days and inversions!

Panorama is one of my favorite mountains to visit. Outdoor hot tubs, T-bar and grill, fantastic tersin to ski and not to mention the tayton bowl. Stuff for everyone all over the on this mountain. Winter or summer it's a must visit. A group of 6 of us come every year and have met people from previous years in the hot tub. Calgary and Doctor Friday, you know who you are lol. All in all a great place to come to.

Is a fantastic spot, but not great snow this time of year. We were lucky to have 2 blue bird skies in a row! Loved the views from the summit. The RFID tag system for the lifts seems to work quite well, no issues and you can return the card for a $5 deposit. Hoping to come back to this resort when there are better snow conditions. Overall a nice spot, was not too busy.

We spent multiple days on the ski hill. My 6 & 8 year old kids took lessons while my husband enjoyed skiing on his own. Panorama has an incredible option for people who have never skied before packaging the rental gear, lesson and lift ticket in one set price. The instructors were incredible, teaching the kids the basics so quickly and making it fun for them. They also have lift ticket options to only ski the discovery zone for those learning or the whole mountain with full and half day options. The village was extensive with multiple restaurants and a ton of accommodations available, though we didn’t stay onsite to speak to that. I highly recommend planning ahead! Their website does not allow you to book lessons the day before (which makes sense for scheduling), but then we struggled to get them to call us or email us in that time frame to see if we could register. We ended up driving out with hopes of getting the kids in lessons and had no issues booking onsite. The rental shop went fairly quickly. Every person we met was kind and helpful throughout the trip, we will definitely be back in the future!

Great resort for all ski/snowboard levels. The lifties were friendly and l really liked how the lift system is organized as it makes navigating between trails and getting to all parts of the mountains a breeze. The vast powder in Taynton Bowl is worth the hike, but, snowboarders be careful on the looong cat track leading back!

Did not stay in the actual resort but the mountain is incredible, with fantastic terrain and breathtaking views. Great snow and not crowded at all, truly lives up to its "most area per skier" title. Barely any lift lines as well the whole week I was there. The terrain is great for intermediate, advanced, and expert skiers. While beginner skiers will certainly enjoy their time as well, they will probably not be able to see much of the terrain higher up the mountain. Intermediate skiers will love the groomed blues and advanced/expert skiers will (probably) love the plethora of steep bumps coming down from the summit, as well as Taynton's Bowl. The Grand Lodge and the Summit Hut both have a variety of options for lunch and aren't expensive. I preferred the Summit Hut, although they do run out of some ingredients so if you're planning to eat lunch there then try to get there around 12:00.
